Meat Free Monday #3...London Edition

Third meat free Monday post has a slight different look. This time as you might be able to tell from the title, this time we look at what I ate when I was in London a couple of weeks ago. So let's have a look, shall we?





BREAKFAST
So breakfast was a late one as I spent my morning filming in my hotel room whilst I had a chance to enjoy peace and quiet. At around half 10, I emerged from the hotel and went straight to a Pret-a-Manger that was nearby. Luckily, they were selling porridge and even more excitedly they had some Coconut Milk Porridge left, which I snapped up. Alongside this I bought some dried mango pieces, which I added to my porridge (so good) and I had a coconut milk latte to finish off the meal.

LUNCH
Lunch wasn't spectacular and wasn't my preferred pick for the day. Due to time constraints, I had to rush and grab something quickly, which ended up being a cheese sandwich that I picked up in a Starbucks. Less said about it the better.

TEA
Final meal of the day took place mostly on the train. I picked up a good amount of snacks to enjoy on the 2 hour train home. As you can see in the picture, I treated myself to some vegetarian sushi from Itsu. I also bought some lentil crisps, some fruit bites and some unhealthy but delicious sweets and chocolate. The perfect train picnic I think you'll agree.
