Bodnant Gardens

Although it doesn't feel like it, last week for me was half term and that meant that me and my parentals (and the dog) went for a day out or two.

On the Wednesday, we went for a little jolly trip over the border into Wales to visit Bodnant Gardens. If you're not aware, Bodnant Gardens is a National Trust property near Conwy that spans over 80 acres of land.

We have visited a few times before but this time I had my camera with me to take a few pictures for you to all enjoy.

I took so many pictures but I thought I'd share just a few. The garden has so many varieties of flowers from Magnolia trees to Rhododendron plants, and from waterlilies which are just beginning to flower on the pond to their famous Laburnum arch.

To top it off from May to the end of August, dogs are welcome in the gardens after 5pm on Wednesdays to enjoy the late opening so even your four legged friends can get in on the action too.
