My Holiday Skincare Bag

Hey there,

After posting my holiday make up bag on Monday (link) I thought it would be interesting to share with you all what I took with me skincare wise. I've never done this kind of post before as I tend to share my make up bags and skincare bags on my YouTube Channel so I hope you are enjoying me writing them as posts.

I recently sorted out my skincare so trying to work out what to take with me was so hard because I use quite a variety of products nowadays. So today I thought I'd share with you all what I took.

For cleansers I went for a cleansing water and cream cleanser. I'm not much of a Micellar Water user nowadays but for ease and for packing purposes I decanted some of the Garnier Micellar Water into a little bottle and that was my first cleanse and then my second cleanser was the Una Brennan Rose Calming Creamy Cleanser. This is a product I've had in my collection for a while but I've never really used it. It was lovely to use and it left the skin very soft so it's something to remember.
I also took a Garnier Express 2 in 1 Eye Make Up Remover because this is one of the best things I've used to remove everything I have wear on my eyes.

Toners, I took three. Two exfoliating toners, the Clarins one for the morning and Pixi Glow Tonic for the evenings and also La Roche Posay Serozinc to spray my face with after.

Next up in the routine is the Serum and eye cream section. I took my trust Estee Lauder Duo, the Advanced Night Repair Serum and matching Eye Serum because I know my skin drinks them up like nobodies business. As an add on I also took my newest skincare purchases which is the REN Vita Mineral Oil. I applied this oil every morning whilst I was away and I have to say I'm enjoying it so far.

Finally I took my Origins Cream duo. For daytimes I took the Origins Plantscription SPF25 Anti Aging Cream. I got this recently as a gift with purchase from Origins and I have fallen in much so that the actual day cream I ordered has been left in it's box unused. I took this as it has a SPF in it which was vital for looking after my skin whilst it was being beaten about by the wind and slight amount of sun we received in Wales.
For night times I took the Origins High Potency Night A Mins Cream. I love this cream too, I have the oil free version at the moment after deciding that it would be better for my combination skin but it's not as thick as the other version and therefore I could get through it quicker...#skincareproblems.

What do you think of my picks? What are your favourite skincare products? Tell me in the comments.

Lots of Love,

  1. All of the La Roche Posay products work magically during the summer, love it!!

    Alice x

    1. I haven't used much else from the brand but I do love Serozinc x
