A Proper Introduction to Witch Skincare

Hi there,

Has there ever been a brand you try one product from but never get round to trying anything else from? For me one of these brands is Witch Skincare. So when I was offered the chance to try out a few more products, I jumped at the chance.

The Blemish Stick* (£2.69) is the one thing that I had tried before this parcel arrived on my doorstep. It is a great little device as it is a little stick that you can roll over any spots and blemishes at anytime and pop in your make up or overnight bag for any sneaky spot that might arrive when you least expect it. PLUS it retails for around £3 so you really can't go wrong with this product.

The Cleansing and Toning Wipes* (£2.99) are something that, although every blogger will slap my hand for, I really enjoyed using. If I am going on a long trip to my brother's in Bristol or if I'm coming back on the train from London etc I like to chuck these in my bag for when I really can't stand wearing make up anymore. Of course once I get home, I will do a proper cleanse once I'm home but these are nice for a quick removal. They are the right amount of moistness and they don't feel like I'm just dragging the make up around my face.

The Mattifying Moisturiser* (£4.99) was one product I had high hopes for as I am always worried about the shine that comes off my face after a few hours of make up wearing. The moisturiser did mattify the skin a little but I would say that is best to allow for the moisturiser to fully sink in before applying make up for best results.

The Bursting Bead Face Wash* (£3.99) is a nice product to have around if you want to wake up your skin on an early morning because the green bursting beads add a little texture into your morning wash. The beads dissolve when you massage the wash into the skin and they leave the skin feeling nice, squeaky clean and not at all tight.

The Blackhead Clearing Gel* (£4.99) was the one product in the bunch that I was least excited about but this is only because I don't suffer with blackheads (touch wood). However, it is the product that I have enjoyed using so far the most. The gel is designed to be applied to dry clean skin. Once its applied and massaged in the gel helps to remove dead skin cells. I have started using this on alternate days instead of using an exfoliating toner. It really feels like it's doing something too.

I am very grateful to Witch Skincare for giving me the chance to have a proper introduction to their products. With everything here under a fiver (prices correct at time of posting) you can't go wrong with them all especially if you are a spot prone combination skinned lady like me.

Lots of Love,
