BEAUTY: Hydraluron... Worth the Hype?

Hey Lovelies,

So today, I have decided to have a chat about a product that has received so much hype it is unreal and that product is Hydraluron.

Hydraluron tube

This is one of those products I didn't know anything about until I began to blog and especially before I didn't know anything about the skincare maestro that is Caroline Hirons, who has probably given the highest amount of hype for this product.

Hydraluron if you didn't know is a serum which contains Hyaluronic acid, something that our bodies naturally but depletes in amount as we get older. I could get all sciencey on your behinds but I think Caroline Hirons does it better than I ever could so I shall link her post HERE.

I have been using this product for around 3-4 months now and I have definitely seen results. My skin has become a lot smoother/softer to the touch and has definitely lived up to the hype it has surrounding it. The biggest difference I have seen during my time using this product are my spots... I have moaned about my spots before on this blog, the fact that I only ever seem to get them on my chin/jaw line and they have always been a pain to get rid of. Since using this serum alongside the rest of my skincare and I have seen the difference... spots have seemed to clear up a lot quicker and with more ease than ever before.. for that alone I think its worth the hype.

So if you hadn't already guessed yes I'm in love with this little tube of joy. I know the price is a bit high (RRP is £24.99) but for the results that I have seen I am definitely going to be running into Boots when this tube runs out. If indeed labs only made a larger tube of it then they would have my love for life.

Have you tried Hydraluron? What did you think?

Till Next Time,
Clare

  2. I'm going to pick some up next time there's an offer on, my skin is really dehydrated so I'm hoping it'll help! (also, coming to Merry Hill tonight?)

  3. I normally hate when products have such hype around them as they never seem to live up to expectations. Liz Earle was a huge one for me! I will definitely have a look at this though as I often get a few troublesome spots that at 22 I really don't want hanging around on my face!
