LIFE: We're going on a Gromit Hunt

Hey Lovelies,

So last week, I took a venture up to Bristol to see my brother. Whilst we were there, me and my mum went on a Gromit Hunt. A Gromit hunt, I hear you ask, what's a Gromit Hunt?

Well my lovelies, I shall tell you. Bristol, until September, have scattered 80 large Gromit (from Wallace and Gromit) statues all over the city. These statues are all the same size and shape but they all have different patterns on them, all designed by different people/companies ranging from Bristol born people you might not have heard of ( I hadn't) to the likes of Joanna Lumley (sadly her Gromit is broken at the moment so is not on display) and even Zayn Malik from One Direction has designed one.

On the day, me and my mum went looking we found 6 Gromits....

I have decided that I am going to find them all, even if I have to find a map to help me. If you are interested, once they come off display they are going to be auctioned off for charity, which I think is brilliant idea, I just wonder what will happen to the Gromits when they go to people's houses.

On to some exciting news, after talking to my partner in crime, Laura, we have decided on a date for the meet up in Bristol. It will be....

Saturday 17th August

We are still planning what to do with you all but we are currently planning to have a meet up with you all between 12 midday until about 4.30. Tell us in the comments whether you would like to start off with a meal or if you would just like to shop etc.

Till Next Time,
Clare
