BEAUTY: THE BBBBB or British Beauty Blogger Beauty Box

Hey Lovelies,

So recently I was lucky enough to be up early on a weekend to be able to purchase a British Beauty Blogger Beauty Box or a BBBBB for short.

I have never bought a beauty subscription box because I never knew if it would be worth the money. However this box was different to any other beauty box. This box was compiled with love by a Beauty Blogger, Jane (otherwise known as the British Beauty Blogger) and it was filled with things that she has used and loved. All the boxes were the same and there were only 500 of them so as soon as I saw what was in the box I knew that I had to have one (make something limited edition or only have a few of something and I HAVE to have it).

In the box there was:
  • A full sized Lanolips, a coloured lip balm which I have really been enjoying.
  • A sample of the Bioeffect EGF Serum.
  • A Bourjois Cream Blusher in the colour 01 Nude Velvet. I had tried this blusher in a different colour and loved it. I wouldn't have thought to try this shade if I had picked up for myself.
  • A sample CND Solar Oil. This is nail oil, which I have yet to try, I'm excited to try it though as I think my nails need a little care and protection at the moment.
  • Melvita Orange Blossom Floral Water. I don't actually know what I need to do with this... any ideas? Is it a toner?
  • Melvita Apicosma Ultra Nourishing Body Balm
  • Benefit Porefessional. I have never tried this product (I know shock horror it's such a cult classic). I think its about time I tried it don't you think?
  • Philosophy Purity 3-in-1 Cleanser for Face & Eyes.
  • Elemis Tri Enzyme Resurfacing Gel Mask.
  • Trilogy Rosehip Face Oil. This product was a big reason  why I wanted the box. I had been told by Kat (Tales of a Pale Face) that this was a wonderful product and so far I can't argue with her.
  • NEOM Complete Bliss Moroccan Blush Rose Handcream. This is coming with me to London at the weekend.
  • Illamasqua Liquid Metal in Electrum. My first ever Illamasqua Product.
  • B. All Lengthening, Defining & Volumising Mascara. B. is the new brand from Superdrug, I'm interested to see what this mascara is like.
  • Jo Loves Pomelo (Sample Size).

I'm excited to have a whole new collection of products, which are worth well over £100 for £15 plus p+p. So Yay for new things and thank you to Jane for showing us all your favourite products... I have heard rumours that there will be another box later in the year so keep your eyes open for that.

Did you get the beauty box? Do you have a beauty box subscription?

Till Next Time,
Clare

  7. Hi I have the Melvita water..its the same concept as Hydraluron in that you put it on before moisturiser to keep skin hydrated. I would suggest applying with fingers as cotton pads just wastes the product.
