Lifestyle: My visit to Chester - 29/04/2013

Hey Lovelies,

So during half term last week, my parents decided to take a day trip out and I asked to join. We went to Chester, a place about 2 hours from where I live. Whilst I was there I took a few pictures which I thought I would share with you.

Chester Amphitheatre

Chester has a lot of history behind it, from the Roman Amphitheatre to the mediaeval city walls (thanks Wikipedia for the wall information) but it also has all the high street shops you'd expect to see in a city such as New Look, Primark, Boots and also shops such as Space NK and L'Occitane (neither of which I went in because I didn't want to bore my parents).

In my family, it is a tradition to do the city wall walk first before looking around the shops and this visit was no different. We bought some sandwiches and began on our walk round, me happily snapping along as we went (I'm seriously becoming a terror with my camera).

One of my favourite views is the clock which sits over a bridge standing tall above the high street and the craziness of the shoppers below. This is why I put it at the top of this post.

What do you think? Have you been to Chester before?

Till Next Time,
Clare
