The Big Reunion Tour - 12/05/13

Hey Lovelies,

So this time last week I was getting rather excited about going to a concert with a fellow blogger and friend Zoe. It was a concert that I had been waiting a long time to see... The Big Reunion Tour.

For those of you who don't know, the Big Reunion was the coming together of six bands from my childhood (the 1990's) who had all split up at one point for one reason or another.

The six bands that were there were 911, B*witched, The Honeyz, Five, Atomic Kitten and Liberty X. As I have said before on this blog, music is a really large part of my life and the music of these six bands hold some really big memories for me, especially B*witched and Liberty X. I remember creating dance routines with my best friend to those bands, I remember the first time I tried (and failed) to do Irish dancing to the songs of B*witched (long story short I fell on my butt).

Anyway, back to the concert. First the outfit and face choices.

Clothing wise I went for my trusty Sainsburys black skinny jeans and put it with a white lace top and a black cardigan. Accessory wise, I went simple with my Rose Gold watch (which isn't photographed) and my Everours Spiked Earrings*.

Facewise, I did a neutral brown eye and wore the lovely Candy Yum Yum on my lips. Gosh darn it, I love that lip colour.

The concert was amazing, from the second the lights went down for the start of the first half everyone was on their feet singing and dancing to every song that was sung. The crowd was 80% women so any time a male appeared on stage the crowd went wild, I believe I went a little deaf thanks to the screaming fans of Five.

I took a few photos on the night, which I shall now show you.

Overall, I had so much fun last Sunday with Zoe at the concert, I got on the train at the end, tired, slightly deaf and with a sore throat. I loved every second of it and it was a great excuse to go down memory lane for a little bit.

Have you seen this tour? What was your favourite song of your childhood?

Till Next Time,
Clare xxx
