Soap and Glory Heel Genius

Hey Lovelies,

I hope you all liked my haul post on Monday, because there is another one planned for Friday (this one... blame Zoe.. she's such an enabler haha). I thought I'd put something a little different in between the hauls, so here is a "review" for you all.

It is now March, I suppose it is time to start thinking about the Summer and getting my feet out (shock horror). I think like everyone else, my skin suffers in the winter with the cold, but I find that my feet get the most abuse. They have to suffer being stuffed into big boots with thick socks which get warm when you're inside...poor feet.

Anyway, I needed something a foot cream to look after one of the most important parts of me, this is where this cream hopped over and said hello.

Soap and Glory Heel Genius

This cream is said by Soap and Glory to...

"renovate rough feet in a single overnight session, doubles as a foot cream, and will give even the roughest of cuticles a run for its money"

Soap and Glory actually call this cream a mask on certain parts of their website. I have to agree with them, this cream does have a thick consistancy, which takes an age to soak into the skin. I guess this is why they suggest you put it on clean feet at night and then put some socks on in order for everything to soak in.

The smell of this product is one that is similar and familiar to most Soap and Glory products, its the smell no-one can name other than its the smell of S&G. Not that that is a problem, its a lovely scent and its not overpowering that it is a purely girly product.

This cream is a god send in my eyes. It does what it says on the tin, it makes the feet smoother than most other foot creams/butters that I have tried. And if that doesn't tempt you, let me tell you something else. My parents (yes my mum and my dad) have on occasions "borrowed" this little tube of magic and they both love it too.

Heel Genius retails at £5.50. I don't think you can go wrong with that. Do you?

Till Next Time,
Clare xxx

  1. This might be a really goood idea, I have the most terribly disgusting feet, I hate them but I really have been thinking lately that I should start to look after them a bit better. I would be happy to get into a routine of sleeping with socks on if I knew it was going to work. May have to put it on the wishlist for the end of the spending ban (i.e the end of Lent).

I've been umming and ahhing about whether or not to ask for this product for my birthday (my sister is getting me 3 items from Soap & Glory) but I didn't know if it would work. Since your review is so positive I will be asking for this (along with Calm One Calm All & The Breakfast Scrub)
