It'll be Lonely this Christmas

Hey Lovelies,

How many of you ate far too much Christmas food yesterday?

Well as promised, today's post I said I was going to say what I didn't like about Christmas. As I said last time, I love Christmas that's why this will be a short post.

  1. Remembering friends and family you have lost or who are far away... Like I said in my favourite things about Christmas post, I love visiting family at Christmas time but it does make me think of the people that have either moved far away or who have passed on. For example, last year felt very weird because it was the first Christmas without my god father who had passed away from cancer the summer before.
  2. Christmas Food Shopping..... I hate it. Unless you go crazily early or stupidly late at night, you have to fight off the crowds just to get food that you need.

See there really isn't a lot I don't like, I hope I didn't bore you or depress you too much.

Till Next Time,

  1. I hope you had a great Christmas! x

  2. I hope this Christmas was good for you (I'm glad this was only a short list) :) I can empathise with these points though, especially the first. My great-grandad passed away earlier this winter after months of illness, my Grandma did have a moment when she wished he was here with us. The memories of losing at charades always live on though :) ♥ Claire @ Jazzpad
