Real Techniques Blush Brush and Stippling Brush

Hey LPs,

Hope you're well.

So today I come to talk to you about some of my New Brushes. If you haven't already guessed by the title, we are going to talk a little about two of my Real Techniques Brushes, the Blush Brush and the Stippling Brush.

So the Blush Brush...lets do that first because of alphabetical order sake. This brush is large yes, I have read reviews saying that it is too large and that is is some people's power brush but for me and my chunky chubby cheeks its the perfect size and shape. The brush holds just the right amount of blush so that you don't end up red in the face and it fits perfectly in a make up bag without being too large. It also washes brilliantly and dries relatively quickly. All around top marks and a sparkly star sticker for this brush.

The Stippling Brush is perfect for applying my foundation. My new technique is to dab little bits of foundation all over my face and then buffer it in using the Stippling brush. I have found that this way I get more of a second skin kind of finish instead of the funny finish I was starting to get with my no name foundation brush (which has no longer has a purpose and is now in the bin).

I love both of these brushes so much, they are great quality and not overly expensive. The Blush Brush is £9.99 and the Stippling Brush is £11.99. The Blush brush was one of the first brushes I bought and I have bought more since. I'm really tempted to complete my collection before the 3 for 2 offer finishes or just to put them on my Christmas list.

Do you own either of these brushes? What do you think? Leave me a comment below.

  1. I've got the stippling brush & absolutely love it, it was a blogger's review that impressed me so much I went out and bought it. I'm desperate for the blush brush aswell but keep forgetting to buy it! I have a few other Real Techniques brushes & they're so, so good.

  4. I have both of these too! I now use the buffing brush for my foundation as I got the core collection for my birthday but I used to use the stippling brush.
I use the stippling brush for blusher now as well because I think the blush brush is just a bit too big for my cheeks. My dad told me I'd put blusher on my chin the other day haha x
