My Brush Collection

Hey Lovely People,

I am so tired!!! Working with Children is so tiring (but rewarding).

Today I thought I'd talk to you about my brush collection. You may have seen it on last month's favourites but I recently treated myself to a bargain little brush roll.

I'm very much new to using brushes to applying make up party but I can't think of not doing it now. I only started using a brush for foundation about a year and a half ago and since I've got into blogging I have more and more of a yearning for more brushes and maybe some better quality ones (I have my eyes on some Real Techniques ones, in fact I'm about to order some).

But onto these little lovelies. They were bought from Ebay from a seller in Asia for the bargain price of around £5 ( I can't remember the exact price). They took 13 days to arrive but I was aware that it was going to take a while, when I bought it. It arrived in nice packaging and looked lovely in the purple roll (the purple is reason behind the purchase, its one of my favourite colours).

I think the outside looks lovely and it is made from a material that will be easy to wipe, a thing to think about when you are as accident prone as I am. The whole thing is held closed by two poppers and once opened it looks like this:

Sixteen lovely brushes with dark brown wood style handles. The brushes are synthetic and purple coloured. I have left all the covers and plastic on them until I'm ready to use them (saving them from dust).

Just a quick post today, but I thought I'd just show you my little brush collection. I have some exciting posts coming up soon including one (maybe two oops) hauls and a couple of lovely reviews of things that I have recently been using so look out for those.

Also, I've currently got a thank you giveaway running. I'm giving away a little travel tube of Liz Earle's Cleanse and Polish and Muslin Cloths. You can find that here.

Till Next Time,
C
