MUA GlitterBall Shadows

Hey everyone,

So since I began blogging I have become interested in the products of MUA. They’re affordable and from what I have read they are great products. So when I was wandering around my local Superdrug and came across their “stand”, I wanted to give their products a go. I’ve been looking for the eye shadow palettes for a while due to the many great reviews, however my local did not have any of them so I ordered online. It took three days to come but here is one of my purchases.

So I treated my self to two palettes, Glitter ball and Undressed. I shall start with Glitter Ball I think and Undressed shall be in another blog post. Glitter ball has a range of colours all glittery (its in the name really), I bought this totally for night time going out partying looks. So when you open it up it looks like this:

So we have twelve colours from black to white (and colours in between) along with a double headed eye shadow application (which I probably won’t use). Here is my swatches for the top row:

My personal favourite colours on the top are the second and the fourth ones. The second because it has a Rose Gold tint to it in some lights and as with quite a few people at the moment I’m obsessed with Rose Gold. I like the fourth shade on the top row because it is such a vibrant colour blue.  So theres the first (top) row, shall we look at the bottom row?

So the bottom row.. my favourites here are the pink, purple and dark brown shades. Pink and Purple because they are girly and I can try and make them summery. I’m enjoying the dark brown shade because it could be a good base for a Smokey eye maybe. Please note that these swatches were done with my finger so they aren’t the greatest I would of course use a brush or eye shadow applicator.

The shadows are all great, pigmented and the greatest thing about this product is the price. Its £4. I mean hello £4 for 12 eye shadows which are lovely and pigmented. Go on try it out. I dare you.

Till Next Time,
